Drake & Rihanna Dominate Pandora's List of 2016's Most 'Thumbed-Up' Songs
You might not need another chart to tell you that Drake and Rihanna owned the last 12 months, but just in case, Pandora essentially announced as much with its Top Thumb Hundred list for 2016 -- listing the service's "most thumbed-up" tracks of the year -- revealed on Wednesday morning (Nov. 30). Drake appears on a staggering 14 of the list's 100 entries, while Rihanna appears on five -- with two of the list's top three coming from her ANTI album. Given the two superstars' ubiquity on the Pandora rankings, you can probably guess the No. 1 song: "Work," the pair's Billboard Hot 100-conquering collaboration from January. Other artists faring well among the Thumb Hundred include Justin Bieber (four songs, led by "Love Yourself" at No. 4), Future (eight songs, including Drake collab "Jumpman" at No. 10) and Beyoncé (three songs in the top 40, and a key namecheck on Lil Durk and Dej Loaf's "My Beyonce," No. 96).
