MY FATHER HAD 2 LEGAL WIVES AND 1 ILLEGAL WIFE :

The story of my father having two legal wives and one illegal wife began when my father already had a wife Ma'am Anike Afolayan before marrying my mother. The woman had two (2) children for my father i.e one male and one female. There came up an irreconcilable differences between them which made the woman left my father. Not long after the woman left, my mother became my father's second legal wife. The love and understanding between my father and my mother was second to none. First child joined them, second, third, fourth up to eight children came out of the union of my father and my mother. The family was normal, children growing from their tender ages as days goes by. My father had an elder brother, Pa Gabriel Afolayan, my father and his brother were so close because it's just the two of them in the hand of their parents. In fact their love for each other made them had joint investment in the farming business. My father actually got married before his brother, so my father was already raising children before his elder brother. In a short while, Pa Gabriel Afolayan soon got married and full extended family life was to begun. 

Unfortunately, a great sickness fell on my father's brother and it lasted for over a year. This sickness was so terrible that it rendered my uncle impotent, he was never able to have a productive sexual intercourse any longer. Sad enough, he just got married and the wife was even yet to conceive before this tragedy fell on him. Although, the issue of impotency was between my father and his brother. So it was not a public thing so that my uncle will not be living in public shame. After so my medications and search for cure, there was no solution. Now this is the situation and what's the way forward? Then my uncle suggested to my father that he will like him to be mating with his wife so that his wife will be bearing children in his name. This came as shock to my father, but after so many agitations, conditions and thoughts, and for the sake of love between them. My father agreed to dance to the tune of his brother, i.e he now accepted the obligation of sleeping or mating with his brother's wife in quest for child bearing for his brother wife and his brother. The conclusion was soon disclosed to my uncle's wife. But being a new wife and for the sake of love between she and her husband, she consented to the plans of my father and his brother.
